Cruzn will publish active deletion instructions here before the app’s public release.

Before this page becomes active

• run a fresh production preflight and activate deletion under the guarded rollout;
• complete Android end-to-end deletion verification;
• implement and test support monitoring, ownership verification, deletion execution, and completion notices; and
• document backup and security-log handling.

Planned deletion coverage

The verified in-app deletion design removes the authentication account, profile, private reports, contribution history, roles, trust records, private trip sessions and points, queue observations, and matching invite-email records. It clears identifying references in other records, expires affected queue snapshots and precise tails, stops client collection, and clears local authentication state. Non-identifying public aggregates may remain. Provider backups, security records, or technical logs may follow separate retention schedules that are still being verified.
