Cruzn displays bridge and lane information derived from official U.S. Customs and Border Protection data. The app shows freshness context where available.

Does Cruzn guarantee my wait time?

No. Conditions can change quickly, and official information may be delayed or unavailable. Use Cruzn as planning context and follow instructions at the crossing.

How do I report an app problem?

Email the public support address with your device type, app version, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots are optional; remove private information before sending.

How do I request account deletion?

Account deletion is not available during this pre-launch period. See the account-deletion status page for current availability. An email to support does not automatically delete an account.
